Shipping policy

Order Cutoff Times

  • To ensure timely processing, please place your order by 1 PM EST for USPS and 3 PM EST for UPS for same-day processing. Orders placed after these times will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to the Continental U.S. (48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Standard Shipping Cost

  • All orders ship for a flat fee of $7 unless they qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders over $50 (after all discounts, coupons, or promotions have been applied) qualify for free standard shipping.

Expedited Shipping

  • Available at an additional cost, shown at checkout.

Shipping Schedule

  • We ship orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
  • Orders usually process within 1-2 business days.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Shipping Carrier Delays

  • We cannot guarantee shipping or transit times once the package leaves our warehouse.
  • Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather or other circumstances, and we are not liable for these delays.
  • Please check your tracking number for updates on your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any claims.

International Shipping

  • OurBasket offers international shipping to Canada.
  • Customers are responsible for duties and taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Reshipment Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. OurBasket is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee starting at $7 will apply. Orders delivered to the wrong address because of incorrect information provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

If the mistake was made by OurBasket, we’ll make it right and send a replacement to the correct address at no additional cost.

Warm Weather Shipping

To protect meltable items during April–October, we pack orders with gel ice packs and include dry ice as needed. Please handle dry ice with care—if you find solid ice on arrival, do not touch with bare hands; dispose of it in a well-ventilated area following local safety guidelines.

Shipping Schedule & Surcharge

  • Meltable items ship Monday–Wednesday only via expedited service (2-Day or Next-Day).
  • A flat fee of $15 applies, shown at checkout as “Warm Weather Shipping.”
  • Orders placed outside of the shipping days will not be processed until the following week 
    *Free shipping doesn't apply for products that have this flat fee applied.

Delivery Notes

  • Packages are marked “Perishable,” “Keep Cool,” and “Do Not Leave in Sun.”
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive delivery—items damaged by heat when left unattended are not covered.
