Elevate your snacking game with these easy to make, irresistibly crispy fried pickle chips. Dipped in a seasoned batter and fried to perfection, they capture the essence of Galil's pickles in a bite-sized delight. Perfect for dipping or enjoying on their own!

INSTRUCTIONS

    Using a deep pan for frying, add about 2 inches of oil for frying and heat using a medium fire.

    While that heats, use a big flat plate and mix the flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Then add in your hot sauce and water, mixing until smooth.

    Then toss a few pickles to the batter to thoroughly coat. Using a slotted spoon lift each pickle form batter to remove excess.

    Gently add each pickle chip to the oil one at a time. Fry until golden (about 1 1/2-2 minutes).

    Remove and place on a paper towel to soak up the excess oil.

    Make sure oil temperature stays at 375 degrees and continue working in batches until you have the desired amount of pickle chips.
