INSTRUCTIONS

    Place tomatoes and water into a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed and no chunks are left. Set aside.

    Add olive oil to a pan and heat until very hot but not sizzling yet.

    Then add garlic, cooking until lightly browned.

    Now add your tomato sauce and mix.

    Next add tomato paste, salt, black pepper and sugar, mix until thick and well combined.

    To put everything together place a few scoops of the sauce into the bottom of a 6"x10" casserole dish, enough to coat the entire bottom.

    Then add your ready-cooked cabbage rolls, evenly stacked and cover with the remaining sauce.

    Place in a preheated oven for 12-20 minutes until the tops of the rolls begin to brown. Let cool for a few minutes and serve immediately.
