To make the shell:

Mix the coconut oil and tahini using a whisk or food processor until well blended, it could help to warm the coconut oil a bit.

No need to make the mixture thick or fluffy as the coconut oil will harden.

Half the mixture and pour one half into the bottom of 6 cupcake liners and put in the fridge until solid (15-30 minutes). Set the other half of the mixture aside.

To make the filling:

Put your date paste and chocolate spread into a blender or food processor and blend until very thick. You might have to stop the prosses to bring down the mix as it tends to stick to the sides.

Using a spoon or spatula, scoop the mixture into the hardened tahini cups.

Then add a couple of walnuts to the mixture, spreading out evenly in each cup.

Now grab your remaining half of the tahini mixture and pour over on top of your tahini cups.
