INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1
    Prep the Ramekins:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease 2-4 small ramekins with butter, and dust the insides with sugar, tapping out the excess.
  2. 2
    Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, combine the Haschahar chocolate spread and egg yolks. Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
If desired, sift in the flour and mix until combined.
  3. 3
    Beat Egg Whites:
In a clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture in three additions, being careful not to deflate the batter.
  4. 4
    Bake:
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the soufflés have risen and are slightly set on top but still soft in the center.
  5. 5
    Serve Immediately:
Dust with powdered sugar if desired and enjoy warm.
