Traditionally a salty drink, this mocktail version uses Pink Grapefruit juice and Zweet Rainbow Belts. The Sea La Vie salt rim is essential here to balance the grapefruit’s bitterness and the candy’s sweetness.

INGREDIENTS

5 oz Pink grapefruit juice

Sea La Vie Salt (for the rim)

1 oz Simple syrup or elderflower syrup

2 Zweet Rainbow Belts

Fresh rosemary sprig (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Rim a rocks glass with a thick layer of Sea La Vie Salt.

Fill with plenty of ice.

Stir the grapefruit juice and syrup together, then pour into the glass.

Drape the Zweet Rainbow Belts over the side so they dip into the salty rim.

The contrast between the salty grapefruit and the multi-flavored candy is absolutely addicting!
